As referred to in previous newsletters, the Board continues to monitor the community roads for resurfacing. Based on our most recent review, Royal Devon and Highland Circle have been identified to be paved this year. We expect this to be started in March or April. The residents in these areas will be notified prior to initiating work. As part of our continued fiscal planning, an updated ten-year resurfacing forecast for the overall community has been developed.
