The Prestwick community was started by the
Jackson Companies in 1989 with the opening of an 18-hole golf course designed by Pete Dye.
Since our early beginnings, we have grown into a community with more than 600 families with
varied interests, but one main thing in common, a desire to live in a premier gated community...Prestwick.
This website has been designed to offer each property owner and visitor an opportunity to
explore the past, present and future happenings at Prestwick. You will find individual
buttons that will direct you to specific committee functions, archives of important
documents i.e. The Prestwick Post (our community newsletter), Social Events,
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, ARB Guidelines, etc.
