Welcome to the Prestwick Property Owners Association, Inc. community website.
Prestwick is one of Myrtle Beach’s premiere gated communities.
Started by the Jackson Companies in 1989, and located off Highway 544, Prestwick now boasts well over 600 homes, as well as a handful of undeveloped lots. Within the community, you will also find an 18-hole, Pete Dye designed Golf Club and an independently operated swim / tennis facility.
This website has been designed to provide information to new and prospective homeowners as well as to serve as a resource center for current residents. Within its pages, you will find lists of current Board and Committee Members; descriptions and dates for upcoming functions and social events; important documents such as the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, ARB guidelines; and an archive of other information such as past Newsletters, forms, and applications.
The site is currently undergoing some changes, in an effort to make it more functional. Please take some time to look around and, if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact a Prestwick representative.
