Dear Homeowner:

Your Board of Directors has authorized the use of automatic bank drafts for the payment of
maintenance assessments. This is not a mandatory program, and owners not wishing to participate may
continue to use the current coupon system.

Enclosed is an authorization form that must be completed before the program can be initiated.
As you will note, the Association name and identification number have been included. Your owner
number is the 7-digit number assigned by this office. It can be found on your coupons. If you are not
sure of this number, just leave it blank and we will fill it in. The most important information you must
provide is your bank name, transit/ABA number, account number and signature. The transit/ABA number
is different for each bank; therefore, you will need to call your bank and ask them for their transit/ABA
number for an automatic bank draft. You must attach a voided check to your form so examiners can
verify the account numbers. This information will be maintained in a secured file. When completed, mail
the form to:

Most owners are familiar with the security and accuracy of automatic bank drafts; however, there
are some rules that apply. Funds will be transferred on or about the tenth of the month when due and
only applies to regular assessments. You may terminate the service upon request. After this start up
period, you may only initiate the service at the beginning of a year. If there are insufficient funds in your
account on a transfer date, you will be removed from the program, and you will not be eligible to return
until the beginning of the next year.

Your completed form must be in this office by the 15th of the month prior to the quarter you want
the draft to begin. In other words, if you want your draft to begin with the April quarterly payment, your
form must be received in this office by March 15th. If the form is received after the 15th of March but
before June 15th, the draft will begin with the July quarterly payment.

There are strict procedures we must follow in order to offer this program; therefore, it is
imperative that you properly complete the authorization form and attach a voided check. If you have
