Center and East Gate Policy

If a resident does not have a gate card or transmitter for access, follow the posted
instructions at the gate to contact your residence or a neighbor to be buzzed in to the
development. Each resident can open the gate by pressing the number 9 on your phone
and then hanging up when you receive a call from the gate. The guards will not provide
access through the center or east gates. Any one who contacts them for access will be
asked to enter through the front gate for identity verification. This policy was approved
by the Board of Directors and was implemented because of numerous security
complaints. If there is a vehicle waiting at a gate for entry DO NOT let them because you
are impatient. You chose to live in a gated community for a reason. Sometimes there will
be a slight inconvenience. The security of Prestwick is only as good as you make it.
