The ARB meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. in the Prestwick
Clubhouse conference room. Please send your request by the THURSDAY before that
date so that your modification may be placed on the agenda.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AND DATA ARE REQUIRED TO ACCOMPANY
THE APPLICATION FOR MODIFICATION:
• 2 Sets of Site Plans (1” = 20’ scale)
• 2 Sets of Landscape Plans (1” = 20’ scale)
• Photos, brochures, pamphlets or any items that may assist the ARB with
understanding what it is you are requesting to do.
• Please describe proposed modification (samples or illustrations must accompany
the plans, tree removal must include pictures and tree survey):

Please Submit The ARB Design Review And Tracking Fee With Application
$ 75.00 Minor modifications, such as decks, patios and fences.
$ 300.00 New or major modifications, such as sunrooms, screened porches,
swimming pools, stucco replacement and home additions.
$2,500.00 Construction Compliance Fee for major modifications (Refundable).
(These fees are not applicable to improvements that do not require a building permit, such as the
removal of trees.)
